Macadamian Nut+ Bacon+Brown Sugar= DREAM COOKIES

2 c  Organic macadamian nut butter
1/2 c organic brown sugar
2 tbsps organic raw honey
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 c almond meal
2 orangic range free eggs
small bacon bits
Enjoy life chocolate chips
2 tablespoons organic pecans

So, everyone has their own flavor values. I encourage you to add or deduct according to your taste buds. This is your bacon dream, not mine. To begin pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees. Place bacon on whatever bakeware you choose. After placing bacon on bakeware. Sprinkle 2tbsp of brown sugar all of that beautiful bacon, baby! Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven and you-How do you like your bacon??? While the bacon bakes. Add the nut butter, almond meal, baking soda, and salt. Mix well, your mix should not be liquid like. It you should be collecting into a dough.  To achieve more dough like texture add more honey or almond meal...you pick. Meanwhile, your house should be full of bacon loving goodness! Take that bacon out of the oven grab your kitchen scissors and snip away! Fold in pecan pieces, chocolate chips, and BACON! Mix together. Get your hands greasy (coconut oil or olive oil)girlfriend, and roll the dough into little balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Smash each ball and place that delightful bacon on top and go ahead add some chocolate for a nice touch too! Bake 16-20 mins depending on your oven. Slam one into your mouth.. Yum right? If you can, let them stand for 10 mins on sheet. Place to a cooling rack. Nut butter as a base doesn't yield a ton of cookies. So expect about 12. Hope you love them. Good health to you.

Ear infections can be considered one of the winter time atrocities or mini-plagues besides the flu. As a kid I used to walk around with my hands on my ears. Some of my memories are all centered around my constant earaches. For the past three years, they've returned.
But, recently I think I've found the ear infection fighting formula.

  • 2 chopped garlic cloves at night
  • Probiotics
  • 50,000 IU of Vitamin A from Beta Carotene ( I use the Solgar brand)
  • Cut back and sugar and dairy
  • Over the counter peroxide drops

That's it! I know this will work. I know garlic can not be appealing, but it truly is the BEST!

Good Health to you! xoxo DL
