Sleep Sweetly :)
Nothing beats a great night sleep...If you want to be healthy too, you must get rest. But, your rest must be complete. Sometimes getting to sleep can be a problem. I have found the following to be very very helpful.
- A sleep mask
- Pure lavender oil dabbed on my wrists and temples
- 3-5 mg of Melatonin
- Standardized Valerian root
- California Poppy Seed Extract
